SmashFly is looking for a highly organized go-getter to join our sales team as a top-notch Sales Coordinator.  The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales team, as well as a variety of other areas within the organization, by helping to ensure data quality, supporting sales operations functions and providing general support and coordination to the Sales team.  If you are a naturally organized, fast-learning and driven person looking for an opportunity to be a highly valued asset to a very appreciative sales team, this could be the role for you!

What you’ll be contributing to

  • Create and customize proposals and sales support materials
  • Support sales trainings, events and lead generation activities, including but not limited to coordinating event details and activities, managing event attendee lists and managing event messaging
  • Assist with research and data gathering on prospect accounts
  • Sanitize data and help with maintenance of data integrity in the Salesforce CRM
  • Assist in the reporting and other basic functions from the Salesforce CRM
  • Assist with process development and documentation related to sales, lead generation and other areas
  • Support the entire sales process including gathering and organizing the materials for in person meetings
  • Liaison with other business areas as needed to assist sales team and ensure alignment across departments
  • Understand and help maintain Sales systems of record including but not limited to CRM, Lead Generation tools and sales learning tools.
  • Assist in other areas as needed

  • Ability to prioritize and manage time very effectively
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Salesforce a plus, but not necessary
