This year, SmashFly has launched its Center of Excellence around Recruitment Marketing. This important structural initiative leverages the goodness that has been developed by Tracey Parsons in her delivery of best practices to SmashFly’s customers and taking it to the next level to establish foundational programs around Recruitment Marketing Certification, Recruitment Marketing Services, A Recruitment Marketing Lab, and a community of SmashFly’s own customers that we affectionately refer to as “The Tribe”. All of the above is organized around the principle of making our customers smarter and stronger in their use of our platform -- as well as the Recruitment Marketing discipline as a whole --  in order to drive further growth and adoption within our space.

As we grow our business in this exciting new direction, we are looking for someone to come in and help us to organize the execution of deliverables within the CoE. This is a new role that we are creating and expect to evolve over time with significant input and leadership from the person who fills it. This role will report in to Tracey Parsons, SmashFly’s Vice President of the Recruitment Marketing Center of Excellence. In very broad strokes, the charter of this position is to bring Tracey’s vision to life and make things happen. Activities will range from implementing new strategic initiatives to ensuring that specific customer engagements are properly staffed and working according to plan. The role will interface with a great many functions within SmashFly in addition to our customers and prospects.

The job you’ll be doing at SmashFly -  Here is a list of some of the most critical things this role will focus on as it is getting off the ground:

  • Organization, tracking, and measurement all active RM Services engagements
  • Ensuring we have proper resourcing in place for present opportunities as well as future growth
  • Working closely with the Director of Customer Success Operations to ensure that project and resource tracking is aligned with the rest of the Services organization
  • Representing the Recruitment Marketing CoE in internal technical discussions where we need to align our functional services with our Technical Services
  • Working as the primary point of contact for partners who are involved in the delivery of Recruitment Marketing Services and establishing relationships with new partners for future engagements
  • Representing the Recruitment Marketing Center of Excellence on calls with prospective customers and existing customers who are interested in scoping out services
  • Interfacing with customers to gather feedback on services and address any concerns that may arise
  • Interfacing with all other functional teams within the SmashFly Customer Success umbrella (Implementation, Education Services, Technical Services, Support, Customer Success Management) as well as SmashFly’s Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure unified delivery to our Customers
  • Creating feedback channels into Product Management and Engineering teams to allow for ongoing feedback and effective team cross-team communication with a focus on and informed, improved user experience
  • Project management and leadership within the various new strategic initiatives that will be launched through the Recruitment Marketing CoE

  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with the SaaS software deliver model
  • Experience in Recruitment Marketing or Consumer Marketing
  • A track record of success in an extremely fast-paced, frequently changing environment
