What You’ll Impact at SmashFly

In this role of a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for not only the health but the growth of our client base. The relationships you build with clients will result in increased work and revenue for SmashFly. The way you tackle account planning will impact how some of the world’s biggest brands attract and hire the best talent as well as the SmashFly bottom line.

  • You’re collaborative and enjoy partnering internally with sales, support and subject matter experts as well as client partners and external stakeholders.
  • You are highly organized and enjoy partnering with several clients to ensure their success.
  • You love learning new technologies and evangelizing software-based solutions to create a positive impact on a business
  • You’re a problem solver who can identify the problem and the best person to escalate things to.
  • You’re a strong communicator who can elegantly tell the SmashFly value prop to drive deeper adoption.
  • You can balance priorities and workload in a busy environment.
  • You’re experienced in talent acquisition/HCM
