We are a SaaS company seeking an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time position, typical business hours and would start right away. The right candidate must have general knowledge of accounting and a bit of experience. Besides having the technical skills and experience, our most successful team members are customer-oriented, team players with positive attitudes, and can multitask while maintaining an acute attention to detail.

What you’ll be contributing to

Own the process for full cycle AR, AP, Credit Card Transactions & expense report processing that includes;

  • Managing invoicing to external customers; including registration and maintenance of customer invoicing portals
  • Monitoring pass due customer accounts and record payments as received
  • Register vendors, receive, process and accurately record Accounts Payable entries using Bill.com
  • Credit card receipt reconciliations
  • Register, support, and process expense reports for employees using Certify
  • Supporting internal and external AR & AP inquires
  • Support team during month end close & annual audit

The skills you should have

  • At least one (1) year of accounting experience
  • QuickBooks software experience preferred
  • Bill.com & Certify experience a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Excel & Outlook skills
