You’re all about the details and take pride in your ability to communicate effectively and maintain timelines and budgets. You enjoy helping clients make smart decisions that will impact their business in a big way.

Customer Success Management

You’re the trusted advisor. The one who can listen to the client talk about their goals and understand how you and the company can help them achieve those goals. You like sharing new ideas but are just as comfortable digging into the client’s data to show them their progress and new areas of opportunity. You’re all about building relationships and thrive when you can help solve problems.

Recruitment Marketing Consulting

You never, ever take off the candidate hat. You love marketing to talent and helping people find their dream job. You’re the one who can look at a process, program and campaign and find the ways to elevate it to new levels. You know that recruitment marketing is evolving and takes a level of sophistication and transparency to drive a candidate experience that both makes a difference and is measurable.

Global Education Consulting

You love teaching people smart, creative ways to do things and how to be most efficient in their tasks at work. You’re easy to talk to and quickly build rapport with people you may never meet. And you make it all look easy when you are in the room with your students are miles away in a virtual session. Finally, you’re an advocate for your clients even when they’re not learning.

Product Support

You are responsive to requests. You have the technical acumen and customer service skills that our customers love because you are solving problems for people who need solutions quickly. You love puzzles and understand that the work you do is incredibly impactful to the day-to-day activities of your customers. And you thrive in an environment where you can partner with your teammates to solve problems.

Technical Services

You are a consultant at heart. You listen more than you talk because understanding what the client needs from a technology standpoint is no easy ask for someone as code-driven as you. You enjoy writing really clean code to help our clients realize their vision and implement our software with precision. And as much as you like code, you really are comfortable talking with the people who use your code.
